What is the conference registration cancellation and refund policy?
Registration cancellation requests received 30 or more days prior to the event start
date will be given a refund of the registration fee. Registration cancellation requests
received less than 30 days prior to the event start date will be charged the full
registration fee, or an attendee substitution may be made. Attendee substitutions
will be permitted up to the event start date. All cancellation or substitution requests
should be sent to fpmiconferences@fpmi.com.
Will there be onsite registration?
Onsite registration will be available. Walk-up registration costs for the Pre-Conference
and Conference is $1849. Cost for the Conference only is $1599.
What is the conference group rate?
The group rate is based on groups of five or more. For every 4 paid registrations,
a 5th registration of equal or lesser value is free.
When does the early bird pricing end?
1/1/12 to 2/29/12 Super Early Bird Pricing
3/1/12 to 4/15/12 Early Bird Pricing
4/16/12 to /6/3/12 Regular Pricing
Are meals included in the conference registration fee?
The registration fee includes a continental breakfast and buffet lunch for each
day of the conference (including the pre-conference). A Welcome Reception with light
finger food will be held the evening of June 5th. All other meals will be at the
expense of the attendee.
What are the start and end times for the conference day?
The conference day will start at 9:00am each day (pre-conference included). The
day will end at approximately 4:30pm each day, with the exception of Thursday, where
the day will end earlier. Exact times will be announced.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for the conference is business casual attire.
Will there be time for participants to network at the conference?
Participants will have several opportunities to network. A Welcome Reception will
be held the evening of the conference opening day. Breakfast, lunch and the Expo
Hall are also great opportunities to network. Other networking activities will be
announced closer to the conference start date.
When is the expo hall open?
The exhibit hall is open June 5-7, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Information on attending
exhibitors is to be announced.
When does the hotel room conference rate expire?
The Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University is holding a block of rooms
at the prevailing government per diem rate of $224.00 until May, 3, 2012 at 5:00pm.

Where is the conference hotel located in Washington, DC?
The Kellogg Conference Hotel is located on the historic campus of Gallaudet University
in northeastern Washington DC, approximately 1.5 miles from Capitol Hill and 2 miles
from the National Mall. It is Amtrak, MARC and Metrorail accessible via Union Station
where you can take the complimentary shuttle to the hotel. Click

Does the hotel have onsite dining/restaurants?
The hotel has The Bistro that is open for breakfast and lunch daily. There is no
room service. The Breakout Lounge is open at 5pm and offers a variety of wine, mixed
drinks and light fare. The Outtakes Internet Bar and Gift Shop offers an assortment
of light lunch, refreshments, and snacks. Shuttle service is available for access
to local dining at Union Station and the surrounding Capitol Hill and downtown areas.
